Returns

At Obinoumerch, each item is made to order, just for you! Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or design - so please double-check your selections before placing your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We’ll happily replace or refund any order with the following issues:

• Wrong item received
• Damaged product
• Misprint or production defect

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@obinoumerch.com. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We’ll work with our U.S.-based partner(s), to make it right with a free replacement or a refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Note: Returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
